I think their business practices are a tad shady. When I became an ambassador, I tried out a bunch of their products, but honestly, I was pretty disappointed. For instance, the scent of the micellar lotion and the exfoliator was just unbearable. It was way too strong and reminded me of cough syrup. I wrote a review on the Urban Retreat site to warn folks who might be sensitive to strong scents. I gave it a single star, which should’ve lowered the overall rating a bit. But guess what? My review never showed up. And when I checked later, the rating wasn’t changing either.

Turns out, they seem to only let five-star reviews go live for all their items. Every product has a perfect five-star rating, but the number of reviews is super low. That’s not just unrealistic; it feels downright dishonest and sketchy. It’s clear they’re picking and choosing reviews to boost sales instead of letting real customers share their thoughts.

Long story short, they won’t be seeing any of my money again.

Today, I stumbled upon this lifting face serum. It's a big bottle for a decent price. I wasn't really expecting much, even though I generally love this product line. I was concerned about losing that tight feeling on my face after using moisture prime and 3D corrector, but nope, it still feels like I've got my hold-in knickers on my face. I'm really impressed! Plus, you don't need to use a lot of it.
